1. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Organic Olive Oil which is the major component of the Mediterranean diet; is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids. Extra-virgin olive oil is an unrefined oil and the highest-quality olive oil you can buy. There are very specific standards oil has to meet to receive the label “extra-virgin.” Because of the way extra-virgin olive oil is made, it retains more true olive taste, and has a lower level of oleic acid than other olive oil varieties. It also contains more of the natural vitamins and minerals found in olives.

Olive oil is assessed on three criteria – fruitiness, bitterness and pepperiness – the flavour, smell and colour can vary radically, both according to its origin, as well as whether it’s extra virgin (the finest grade) or not.

2. Organic Apricot Kernel Oil (Edible)

Apricot Kernel Oil is obtained from the sweet kernels of apricots. High quality apricot kernel oil is extracted from cold-pressed and refined organic apricot kernels. Cold-pressed apricot kernel oil gives sufficient clues to estimate the quality of the oil. This oil has a deep, nutty flavor which makes it an excellent ingredient for desserts and other recipes.
