Vegan White Mulberry Date Pili Oatmeal Cookies
1/2 cup coconut oil, warmed to liquid
1 cups coconut sugar
1 flax eggs*
1/2 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 Tbsp maple extract
1 cups gluten free oat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
1 1/2 cups gluten free old fashioned rolled oats
1 cups pili nuts
1 cups chopped Dates
1 cups Sun Dried Mulberries
Mix liquids in one bowl and solids in another bowl. Then mix them all. Heat oven 350 degrees celcius and after round about 15 minutes your vegan cookies will be ready to eat.
